About

The Bismarck Adult Learning Center (ALC) provides services to individuals ages 16 or older.  Some services include assisting adults in improving academic skills, exploring career and college opportunities, retaining  employment, and building on life skills. The ALC also provides services to meet the needs of displaced homemakers, English Language Learners, injured workers, and others in academic need. Teachers use an individualized approach with each student moving at his or her own pace.  Most services provided by the ALC are free to eligible North Dakota residents from Region VII.
