Climate & Culture Dues for Grimsrud

The purpose of Climate and Culture is to help create and maintain a positive, supportive, and connected work environment for all staff. It’s all about showing up for one another—through celebrations, milestones, and times of need. While there are general guidelines, individual circumstances will shape how we respond throughout the year.

This fund supports things like:

• Gifts for retiring or departing staff
• Holiday events (like our annual Christmas party)
• Support during times of loss (flowers, donations, etc.)
• Celebrations for birthdays, milestones, and achievements

Please contribute $40 (or $20 for support staff) by October 1st to help keep this spirit of community going strong.
