The spring cycle of the BPSF grants deadlines April 1st, below is information on each available grant. For more information or to apply, please go to  https://www.bpsfoundation.com/funding/#grants

  • Mental Health Grant- Mental Health Grants are geared towards big ideas that foster mental health within BPS and have a cost of over $1000. Requests must be consistent with the BPS mission and will be reviewed by the BPS Mental Health Advisory Committee.
  • Nordquist Grant- The purpose of this Fund is to allow a Bismarck Public School special education student or teacher to enhance their education through the purchase of a piece of needed equipment, or for transportation costs for educational enrichment, or fees for student summer camp, or opportunities for special education staff development.
  • Watts Grant- Projects which promote/encourage hands-on learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-reliance with preference given to areas of Family & Consumer Science, Career & Technical Education
  • Teacher Mini-Grants- Mini-grants are geared towards helping BPS teachers with their classroom needs. Just tell us this one thing: If you had an extra $250 to enhance the classroom experience for your students, what would you do with it? THANK YOU to Eide Ford/Eide Chrysler for their donation that made this mini-grant possible.

For more information regarding grant funding and/or other sources of funding please contact Development Director, Stacey Lang at 701-323-4093.
