BPS Foundation partnered with Publishing Concepts for Oral History Project for BHS and CHS Alumni

BPS Foundation has recently launched a new initiative called the Oral History project in which we collect stories from alumni. Our stories reflect our history and we want to ensure that those stories can be documented and provided for future alumni for years to come.

The BPS Foundation has worked with Publishing Concepts (PCI) for several years to provide Alumni Directories for BHS and CHS; they are a 100-year-old family-owned business that each year produces publications for hundreds of colleges and universities, high schools, Greek organizations, and military and veteran associations. The Oral History project collects stories and photos from alumni which are transcribed and saved in a digital vault. From there they are arranged into a book for publishing.  This can be purchased as a hardbound, coffee style book or digital copy once completed. In addition to developing this unique book, this program allows us to receive important contact information so that we can better communicate with and serve alumni. The process of contacting thousands of people takes precious time and resources – we need PCI’s help so that the foundation can stay focused on serving our students and staff through recognition programs and enhanced services.

We want to assure alumni that Publishing Concepts is our trusted partner and they are also PCI DSS compliant – in simple terms, that means they are audited several times annually and your data is safe. Your data is used solely for the purpose of the publication program, and removed from their servers once they have relayed any new contact information you provided to us. They may be contacting you in one of several ways, either by phone, postcard and/or email. Postcards and Email headers are provided below for reference:
