Congratulations to our BPSF October Student of the Week Recipients!

The Bismarck Public Schools Foundation would like to congratulate and recognize our Student of the Week Awardees for the month of October, they are as follows:

  • Andersen Blaskowski of Centennial Elementary for the week of October 5
  • Cassie Miller of Grimsrud Elementary for the week of October 12
  • Keira Eckroth of Highland Acres Elementary for the week of October 19
  • Emma Meuchel of Liberty Elementary for the week of October 26

The Bismarck Public Schools Foundation Students of the Week feature runs from October-May and recognizes students from across our district by featuring them on the BPSF website, Facebook and within the Bismarck Tribune. Congratulations to Andersen Blaskowski from Centennial Elementary School!

Miss Sierra Schaefer nominated Andersen Blaskowski for the Student of the Week feature. Andersen is one of the most kind and respectful students. He is so compassionate and empathetic when it comes to his peers and is always willing to help them. Andersen excels academically, always works hard, and puts forth his best effort. He is a top-notch student in every way.

Congratulations to Cassie Miller from Grimsrud Elementary School!

Miss Amanda Seiger nominated Cassie Miller for the Student of the Week feature. Cassie is always doing her job. She shows kindness to everyone and goes out of her way to help others. Cassie is such a good student!

Congratulations to Keira Eckroth from Highland Acres Elementary School!

Mrs. Alicia Fladeland nominated Keira Eckroth for the Student of the Week feature. Keira is always going above and beyond procedures and protocols. She recognizes when there is a need in the classroom and jumps in to help without being asked. She has outstanding work ethic! Keira also keeps a positive attitude throughout the day and shares kind words with friends and staff.

Congratulations to Emma Meuchel from Liberty Elementary School!

Mrs. Olheiser nominated Emma Meuchel for the Student of the Week feature. Emma is exhibiting the characteristics of a leader by demonstrating the Liberty beliefs. She follows safety protocols at Liberty to keep students and staff safe. She rises to help others who need it, shows deep thinking about her community and people around her.

ETSystems knows the importance of living by the golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated. They are proud to showcase their community support and recognize students within the Bismarck Public School District who have emulated these qualities.
