Eide Ford/Eide Chrysler donates over $22k to BPSF, develops mini-grant program for teachers

Eide Ford/Eide Chrysler donated over $22,000 dollars to the Bismarck Public School Foundation before the beginning of the 2020/2021 school year.  These funds will be utilized for a variety of needs within the district, including special education training, Giving Hearts Day sponsorship, teacher appreciation and technology needs within Solheim elementary.

One of the teacher appreciation programs that came out of this donation was the Teacher mini-grant program.  This mini-grant was created to give teachers the opportunity to enhance their classrooms during these challenging times.  All the teacher is required to provide is the answer to this one question: If you had an extra $250 to enhance the classroom experience for your students, what would you do with it?

Ten $250 mini-grants will be awarded to teachers throughout the district, deadline to submit their application for this grant is October 1st.
